Job Title: Area sales Manager/(MBA/Mechanical engineering/ Any Graduate)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join SMHI Medical and drive business growth across ongoing and upcoming healthcare infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering impactful healthcare solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with hospitals, government bodies, and healthcare institutions, promoting critical care medical facilities and infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand the company’s presence in the healthcare infrastructure market.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Identify potential clients such as hospitals, healthcare institutions, and government bodies. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Project Coordination with Technical Teams – Work closely with site engineers, design teams, and project managers to ensure customer requirements are well-understood and met.
- Market Analysis & Territory Development – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain sales reports, and regularly update senior management on business progress.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and documentation standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
· Freshers and recent graduates encouraged to apply
· Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Internship or project experience in infrastructure or healthcare domain
· Willingness to work on-site in different project locations
